It’s an exciting time here at Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park with the launch of a brand new Indigenous Cultural Show in May 2013.The Show will feature Indigenous Performers representing their culture in song, dance and stories of creation from multiple groups around Australia and the Torres Strait.
The new Show will allow guests to experience and appreciate the diversity of Indigenous Cultures around Australia. The new show is supported by the local Rainforest People of the Kuranda region and auditions will take place around Australia in February. If you are an indigenous person and have skills as an artist, dancer, musician, story teller or have other indigenous skills and abilities then we want to hear from you. If you are passionate about your culture and heritage and would like to be an Indigenous Cultural Representative at Tjapukai then register today for an Audition / Interview.
Full Time, Casual and Permanent Part Time positions are available. All successful applicants will be required to live in Cairns Far North Queensland.
